What is day-trading?
Let’s start with the basics: what is day-trading? Day-trading is the buying and selling of securities (such as stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies and so on) on the same trading day. Day-trading comes with quite the risk. But the goal of this strategy is to generate profit — and lots of it.
You must’ve seen The Wolf of Wall Street, Jerry Maguire or other blockbusters where crazy stockbrokers frantically shout BUYYYY and SEEEELL at the stock exchange. Well, that’s the Hollywood version of what day-trading is all about. The only difference between those movies and real-life is, well, pretty much everything.
Is automated day-trading possible?
First, there’s a lot less yelling involved. Second, nowadays, you can actually day-trade at home, in your pyjama’s, while watching Jerry Maguire do the old school day-trading on Netflix.
Now, there are several ways to day-trade, but I’d like to focus on my favourite one: the form where you don’t need any knowledge, experience or time…
