Meet Joren IJzer
Well hello, new account manager! Can you introduce yourself please?
Of course! My name is Joren IJzer, 36, and I've been a sales professional for over 15 years. I have worked with some of the largest telecommunications service providers in the Netherlands across various roles. In that time I’ve had a lot of experience with making sure my clients’ needs are met. I love creating win-win situations and building lasting relationships with clients.
What will you do at BOTS?
You could say I’ll be doing 2 different jobs here. The first one is CSM: I will help develop our Customer Success Management division, making sure that our clients know what to expect from BOTS. Second, I’ll be the new Senior Account Manager for BOTS Gold & Platinum. In this role I will be the direct contact point for all support matters. I’ll also be bringing some proactiveness to this role, because I think it's really important to stay connected with your customers.
What do you think is most important in a BOTS Gold Portfolio?
For a well-balanced all-weather portfolio, we always have to look at the performance ratio of the Bots you choose. It's not always easy to compare, because we have 270+ bots on our platform. Luckily we have a lot of data available, and with this data, we are able to analyse a certain risk factor, max drawdown, and the Profit and loss ratio.
Since our app is so easily accessible and we are still in the early-adopting phase of the crypto market, a lot of clients are not always aware of the market space and the developments that take place within the market space. Thankfully, we can help you with this. We think it's really important to educate and inform our Gold & Platinum members as well as we can, and I’ll be making this a top priority.
Any final word to your new audience, our clients?
Yes: my door is always open so if you’d like to get to know me or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I’m always ready to field questions or jump on a call to help you out. And I look forward to helping you grow your investment of course!
Thanks Joren, and good luck!
