Step 2 Start your first bot. You can start trading from as little as €50.

Let’s share three valuable tips to get the most out of the BOTS app.

Tip 1: Have patience

The most important tip we can give you is to have patience. Patience is essential to trade better via the BOTS app.

It’s not too complicated, though: start a bot, sit back, relax and let the bot do the work for you.

Your patience will eventually be rewarded! In the long run, trading with a bot is the most effective way of trading. Give your bots time to get good returns for you. Ideally, you let your bots trade for at least six months.

If you want to start trading with the BOTS app, you will have to start by choosing a bot. But how do you know which bot is best for you?

With these five simple steps, you can carefully choose a bot that suits you.

Step 1: The BOTS icon

Open the BOTS app and click on the bots icon at the bottom of the menu. You are now in the overview of all available bots within the BOTS app.

Step 2: View the offer of the bots.

Take a look at the offer of the bots. We have categorized all bots to make things a bit clearer for you.

Step 3: Check the different strategies of the bots

If you click on a specific bot, the app will take you to the bot description. The description of a bot includes the risk level, an explanation of the strategy and a graph showing the results. If you slide your finger over the chart, you can see more detailed information about the stock exchange price.

Step 4: Pick a bot

Once you’ve looked at a few bots, pick the one that best suits your needs. You can do so based on the risk level, the bot’s past return, the bot description or based on the bot’s availability. First, determine which things you consider to be necessary, and then make a choice.

Step 5: Start trading.

Once you have chosen a bot, you can start trading. The entry fee is €50. Once you have transferred the money, you can find your chosen bot in your BOTS portfolio.

You have downloaded the app and entered your phone number. Now it’s time to choose a bot. With the following three steps, you select the bot that suits you best.

Step 1: Start with our demo bot.

You might like to first give it a go with our demo bot. The ideal way to get acquainted with the BOTS app and how the bots work without actually depositing money.

Step 2: Choose your favourite bot.

Scroll through the bots, read the bot descriptions, and choose the bot that best suits you.

Step 3: Deposit money into the bot.

Now you can start depositing money into your bot. You can start with an investment of only Є50,-. This is entirely up to you. At the moment, you can either pay via iDEAL or via bank transfer.

How do I deposit extra money on the BOTS app?

Deposit extra money on the BOTS app

You have downloaded the app, and one (or more) of your bots are doing fantastic. Great! We’re guessing you might be ready to deposit extra money. So let’s explain how to do just that.

Step 1: Logging in

It might be needless to say, but make sure you are logged in to the BOTS app.

Step 2: Open portfolio

When you log in, you will immediately enter your portfolio. Now select the bot to which you want to deposit extra money.

Step 3: “Manage bot”

At the bottom of the chart, you can find the button “Manage Bot”. With this button, you can deposit extra money on a bot and stop a bot, for example. If you choose to add money to this bot, you can choose to use the available resources from your available funds or deposit extra funds.

Step 4: Deposit extra funds

Choose the amount you want to add to your bot. Payment is quick and easy via bank transfer or iDEAL.

How do I withdraw money from the BOTS app?

Refund money to your account

When you start trading with the BOTS app, you’ll at some point probably want to transfer some of your money back to your bank account. Maybe to skim off your winnings, or simply because you want to stop with a specific bot.

In the following steps, we explain how you can do so.

Open the BOTS app

Open the BOTS app. You are now in your BOTS portfolio. Choose from which bot you want to refund money.

Click on “manage bot.”

By clicking on the button “manage bot,” you can choose to (temporarily) stop the bot. You will be asked if you are sure. If you are, all you need to do is click “stop this bot”.

The money that was on this bot will now automatically end up in your “available funds”.

With your available funds, you can start a new bot or transfer it back to your bank account.

Click on “Withdraw”

If you want to have your money transferred back to your bank account, click on “withdraw”. You can find this button in the top right corner. If you choose to have the money deposited back, you pay 1.5% of your initial investment in costs.

Decide how much you want to be refunded.

Once you’ve clicked on “withdraw”, you can decide how much money you want to have deposited back into your bank account.

Finally, the BOTS app will ask you to confirm this deposit by using your PIN code.
