Market Exposure
Market exposure is how much your portfolio is exposed to various securities (or cryptocurrencies), industries, or geographic markets. It may be expressed in dollars or as a percentage of the overall portfolio. For example, you have $10,000 in your portfolio, and $9,000 is in Bitcoin. This reflects that 90% of your portfolio is exposed to BTC, which is a significant amount. Because your portfolio is so reliant on Bitcoin's performance, it is advised to diversify to mitigate this risk.
